MAKING BETTER DECISIONS

DISCIPLINE STARTS EVERY DAY WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF IN THE MORNING. THAT IS THE FIRST TEST, IT SETS THE TONE FOR THE DAY. HOW DO YOU RESPOND? DO YOU GET UP OUT OF BED, OR DO YOU HIT SNOOZE AND LAY BACK IN COMFORT. IF YOU HAD THE DISCIPLINE TO GET OUT OF BED, YOU WIN, YOU PASSED THE TEST. IF YOU’RE MENTALLY WEAK FOR THAT MOMENT, YOU LET YOUR WEAKNESS KEEP YOU IN BED. I KNOW THIS SEEMS SMALL BUT THAT WEAKNESS WILL TRANSLATE TO MORE SIGNIFICANT DECISIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. IF YOU EXERCISE DISCIPLINE THAT TOO WILL TRANSLATE TO MORE SIGNIFICANT DECISIONS. THE MORE YOU DO SOMETHING, THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO DO IT. THAT WORKS FOR THE GOOD THINGS AS WELL AS THE BAD THINGS. THE MORE YOU GET UP AND WORKOUT, THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO GET UP AND WORKOUT EACH DAY. THE MORE YOU EAT HEALTHY, THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO EAT HEALTHY EACH DAY. THE MORE YOU DO IT, THE EASIER IT IS TO DO AGAIN. KEEP THAT IN MIND AS YOU MAKE DECISIONS EVERYDAY. EVERY DECISION, BIG OR SMALL AFFECTS THE OTHER.
