Getting Started is the Hardest Part.

The start of any journey is the most exciting and nerve-wrecking part, but that’s okay. It’s imperative to realize those feelings are normal. Everyone has a “Day 1” but the goal is to stay consistent, trust the process, and always remember your “why”. Your WHY is the reason you started and when you feel like giving up, that’s what you need to remember.

A helpful tip to stay motivated and consistent is simply replace the word “should” with “must”. Rather than saying “I should workout today,” say “I MUST workout today.” This develops a sense of urgency and will push you to get it done.
